India Launches ‘Operation Sindoor’ Against Terrorist Infrastructure in Pakistan and in PoK

Delhi:In response to the recent Pahalgam terrorist attack that killed 26 civilians, the Indian Armed Forces have launched ‘Operation Sindoor’, targeting terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Nine sites have been hit in a focused, measured, and non-escalatory operation.
According to the Indian government, these actions come after Pakistan failed to take action against terrorists and their infrastructure despite credible evidence pointing to their involvement in the attack. India has emphasized that its actions are precise and designed to be non-escalatory, with no Pakistani civilian, economic, or military targets hit.
