Chhattisgarh CM’s Foreign Visit Yields Promising Results

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai’s recent foreign visit to Japan and South Korea is seen as a strategic move to shape the future of Chhattisgarh. The visit aimed to promote the state as an emerging investment destination and explore opportunities for economic cooperation.

During the visit, Sai highlighted Chhattisgarh’s potential in sectors like IT, electronics, clean energy, food processing, and space technology. The state’s new Industrial Policy 2024-30 offers a range of opportunities for investors, with a focus on time-bound services, simplified regulations, and a safe working environment for women.

The visit is expected to bring new job opportunities to Naxal-affected regions like Bastar, helping to combat Naxalism through socio-economic development. Sai emphasized that promoting industries in these areas will create employment opportunities for the youth, ultimately helping to end the Naxal problem.

Sai mentioned that Chhattisgarh is being linked to the vision of a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) and is being prepared to emerge as a new industrial hub. He stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of Viksit Bharat 2047 will achieve new heights through Chhattisgarh’s development.

The visit is expected to have a positive impact on the state’s youth and economy. With fresh investments and the establishment of industries, Chhattisgarh will not only benefit but also contribute to the nation’s growth. The state’s new industrial policy prioritizes skill development for youth, ensuring they are equipped to take advantage of emerging opportunities.
