In a statement , The U.S. Embassy said that Embassy committed to combating illicit drug trafficking, emphasizing that individuals and organizations involved in drug trafficking will face consequences, including denied access to the United States. Chargé d’affaires Jorgan Andrews affirmed, “Stopping the flow of fentanyl, including its precursors, to the United States is one of our top priorities.”
